Scope of this notice
This notice applies to information connected with your use of the Harbor Design Group website and its project-inquiry form. It describes the current website and direct lead-delivery experience. If HDG changes its vendors, adds analytics, online scheduling, a CRM, or another lead-delivery tool, this notice and the site controls should be reviewed and updated before that change goes live.
Information you may choose to provide
If you choose to send a project inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, project details, consent confirmation, and any calculator summary included with the request. The website calculator processes its inputs in your browser until you choose to include the resulting brief in an inquiry. The website does not maintain a database of inquiries.
How project inquiries work
Choosing the project-inquiry button sends the information you enter to a Harbor Design Group server, which uses Resend as an email-delivery provider to transmit the inquiry to info@harbordg.com. The visitor email address is included as the reply-to address. Resend processes the submitted information as needed to deliver the email. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account details, health information, government-issued ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a project inquiry.
Information collected automatically
HDG does not use non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, session-replay tools, or analytics cookies on this website. Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and error or security-log information.
How HDG uses information
HDG may use information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, prepare an estimate, operate and protect its business, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
